SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped as soon as possible, within 3-5 business days after you have placed your order. United States Postal Services (USPS) and other shipping services will be used, as applicable. The customer will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email so that they can track their order. All invoices are sent directly to the email address provided by the customer when placing their order. All orders are considered delivered when the postal service confirms the shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. You take responsibility for your purchase and no refunds will be issued.

Shipping Error - If you receive a product in error, or the product does not correspond to the order requested, We will cover costs for the return shipping.

Incorrect address - If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. You will be responsible for the resending costs once we have confirmed an updated address.

Order Cancellation -I f the client submits their cancellation before the order is shipped, there will be no additional charge. If the client cancels his order after it has been shipped, he will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the return costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages -Pick Your Paw is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If requested, we will be able to confirm the delivery to the address provided, the delivery date, the tracking information and any additional information of the shipping company, therefore, the client can submit an investigation.
